Evander Holyfield visits Ogoni land, advises Nigerian youth

Former Heavy Weight boxing champion and United states Peace Ambassador, Evander Holyfield has enjoined youths in the country to embrace hard work and shun temptations to become drug addicts.
Holyfield who spoke in Port Harcourt yesterday said he would visit oil spill sites in Ogoni area of the state as part of effort to draw attention to the environmental challenges in the Niger Delta region.

Holyfield who said he was happy to be a black man said Nigerian youths should strive to attain  their great dreams, urging them not to quit.  He said he was persistent as a boxer and this helped him to the top.
The four time world heavy weight champion in boxing would be in the country for six days.
He is to visit Calabar, hometown of late world boxing champion, Hogan Bassey, Edo state and several other places.
He is also expected to pay a courtesy visit on the governor of Rivers state, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, governor of Akwa Ibom state, Obong Obot Godswill Akpabio and the Managing Director of Shell among other things.
